Technically, this could be considered a "brilliant" move. Since Knights move in L-Shapes, black is technically in check mate right now. Simultaneously, with the same logic, white is in checkmate, creating a paradox.
(Yes, I know that Knights don't move in "that" way. I'm joking so don't flame me in the comments)
