The answer (and only answer) is -14, as said in post #2, but why we'd want to do such things, I have no idea. Perhaps some really complicated exchanges/promotions are occurring on the board.

But wait using FEN the small r is black and inherrently the opposite of capital Q so is the small p, I get 36. This is solving for the formula not the word problem.
