Norris is such a joke, and I'm certain that he is no better than average at checkers. Chess, quite clearly, is far beyond his capacities. Of course, on camera, his martial arts skills are impressive. Hence, he might get away with cheating in the movies.
You don't check Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris checks you. And then he roundhouse-kicks your King off the board.
