Complete pawn promotion

I was wondering the other day about having 9 queens (what a fantasy!). Then after a few minutes of thinking, I was beginning to wonder if such a promotion is even legal. In a nutshell: Is it possible to promote all pawns (and still have the original queen) before a stalemate, checkmate or draw, no matter how stupid the other player may play? Even abstract theoretical comments would be greatly appreciated. Please post such a game if you find one.

No stalemate or checkmate here.

how can you possibly get in that position before checkmate?

I don't mean a position, but actual gameplay to get into that position.

Impossible,

think about it,

YOUR BOUND TO TAKE ATLEAST ONE PAWN,

so theroretically (however you spell it)

The most i believe someone can have is 7 queens (2 pawns taken by opponent)

I tried to make one where the other player plays like a really bad, real player.  didn't work though. Smile
