And boosts immunity! In fact there is not much bad anyone can say about chocolate, it's one of the wonders of the world!

Sorry guys, but for me it has to be something Baroque.

I remember Brighton rock from when I was a kid, it was so much fun candy floss and Brighton rock sitting on Brighton beach with my feet buried in the sand :)

I don't know about you but munching on chocolate, sipping wine and using my dog as a foot stool, (her choice), certainly improves my game, does anyone have similar odd practices while trying to clobber their opponent?

I have fun playing chess, thats all i need.

... yes, adapted from the novel by Graham Greene, centered around the sinister criminal element of Brighton, not the bright cheerful Brighton most of us know or remember.

Mmmmmmm! Chocolate milk, yes definitely I live on it!  Did you know that chocolate actually improves memory and brain function, which is why they recommend it for chess players ;)

You must be a chocoholic too.  It's not actually written as fact that it improves chess perfomance but as RLS said in his book Travels With A Donkey, "It's better to travel hopefully than to arrive!"  ;-)

eat healthy and good food. drink lots of later, crack open a window. the fresh air will be good for your brain. also listen to calming or meditation music, or raining sound effects.

... raining sound effects lol, we have the real thing here, still waiting for summer to kick in.  Prefer listening to Metallica while I am playing chess and eating chocolate icecream.
