Make a deal with somebody you spend a lot of time with. Every time you play Dragonvale, give them $20.
Actually, this weekend, I left my IPad in my locker. (I'm still a kid, you know!) That should help.
I actually had a similar problem, but not that seriusly. I found doing daily puzzles, lessons etc. helped. And standard games from 1-3 days per move also tempt me to go on for a sec, which leads to staying and playing for a bit longer. Just my tips!

Good news! I can live without Dragonvale now; it's not essential to my life anymore, but I still play it, I'm just not addicted to it.
Why? Last weekend, I left my iPad in a locker, and couldn't get it back until the following Monday.
Leaving your iPad in your locker was quite a bold move.
