I don't much like the positions that are only illegal because the side to move was stipulated. I prefer the ones that seem legal and require careful reasoning to prove illegality, without any requirement that a particular side has the move.

I went ahead and finished the proof game I had started on for #4970. It's a shame EvinSung turned a decent shortest proof game challenge into a trivial illegal position challenge by stipulating White to move.
