Here’s a much faster solution 52 moves. It takes 30 moves alone just to promote all  6 of the nessacary pawns.

I’m fairly sure that 52 is optimal!

^ Looking illegal so far. White needs 6 captures and 1 promoted pawn. Black has 6 pieces (rook on a8 and Bishop on c8 cannot legally be captures by pawns), but the pawn would need at least one capture to promote.
