I saw this clip more than once and I don't think he is authentically angry. He looks more frustrated with himself. An example of an angry, sore loser, would be Korchnoi when he lost to Susan Polgar as shown in a video that's available on YouTube. Here Carlsen looks like he made effort to emphasize he isn't directing his anger or frustration a the opponent. Frustration toward self is ok I think
