Fine, why even use the brains that you were given, if you can use machines and clankers? Yeah of course! That makes complete sense! Why even bother with playing any videogame at all, if you can just use cheats?
Don't you want any of the fun and experience? Don't you want to live it at its fullest? Whoever created the passwordgame put a lot of effort into it intending for people to have a fun experience actually playing the game and not use engines for everything.

What's fun about having other people solve it? That's the same as Using the Analysis Table, Except less efficient.
And also, I'm pretty sure people who know and Play chess should be able to solve those puzzles, But what about someone who hasn't played chess? It's better to go to the Analysis table, They don't need to learn chess to solve the damn puzzle, And I don't recommend learning chess just to solve it.
Also, about cheating, There are some applications that are must be used to complete the game, Like keeping track of the atomic numbers in the periodic table (Which most people don't even know) and settings (to change date and time), and etc. fto complete it in reasonable time.
