Try to predict the moves your oponnent will do and prepare your piece to move to this place to when he plays you surprise him with this sudden move,this will distabilize his mind; Another thing,when the game is endinding when both was like with 10 seconds each to play you should play any move more quick as possible (if it will not give you a checkmate) and you should shock him with nonsense moves and checks; that's how I do. And it works.
