Whats your dream elo goal

1600. The problem is right now I'm about 1750 and have been for a few years.
I feel like 1500 to 1600 is about average. And if there is one thing that I don't want, it's to be above average at chess. That is not a good look.
Wdym. I don't know your mindset but why so? I mean according to me that is a good look.
Because people who play chess really well are looked at differently, like there is something wrong with them. It's better to play well, than to play very well.
I dont play much online chess anymore. I play irl. But the online tactics and lessons have made a big difference. People I used to play evenly with I now have to hold back on. I don't want to be seen as "that person". That's just my take on it anyway.
Well ok. I see chess nothing more than a hobby. Actually people in my school see chess players as smart (Even though we are not, chess is just pattern recognition). But everybody has their own opinion. Judging from your profile pic seems like you're an adult. So maybe Its different for you .

Actually people . . see [me] as smart . . . maybe Its different for you [patriot games]
Definitely.

Lol I never said people see me as smart. I mean maybe they would if I went bragging that I play a tournament every four months, the only game I play online is chess and my rating is more than the class's math topper. But I don't do that.

Ngl, the things you say make you seem like a troll, why do you always have to say something weird in every thread?
It's just my opinion. When someone asks a question, I sometimes answer. Honestly.

What, i am so lost
