My grandfather showed me the moves and rules but then I learned myself

the very moves i learned from my father when i was a kid but i was stupid i didnt really touch chess till i was older, i played for free on flyordie server´(horrible server, bad games and they only had 20 minute chess games no customization, no 3 move repition and i believe no 50 move rule lol.. people gave me a lot of free advise and i trained tactics a lot.

I know i could play chess at 10 but i really don't remember how i was first taught. I think i taught myself with the help of chess books from the library but really i don't remember. I didn't really take it "seriously" until i was in my last 20s and i joined a local chess club. I was at a local beach with a chess board and a member of the club came up and asked me if i wanted to play a game. After he smashed me he told me about the chess club. Nice guy btw. I was a member there for many years before i moved to another state.
