3 Brilliant moves in a row

A couple hours ago I played a game in which I luckily played 3 "brilliant" moves in a row. Unfortunately I didn't play well after playing the brilliant moves, but I still managed to snatch a point in the game.

The brilliant moves were Qb6, cxd4, and e5 but I had no idea on how to continue my play after e5
