if i were playing as white i would love when you threatned my pawns with the rook... free pushing

Phelon

41..Rb2 is completely winning. But primarily never let a king support his pawns. you should have worked to seperate his king from them and get your king over there to attack them.

theturtlemoves

was 41...Rb2 my last chance or did I miss other wins?

Phelon

Oh yeah. You could have easily won if you just got your king over there, kept his king from advancing with his pawns, or had one rook on the back and one on the side.

Phelon

by back I mean the eight rank.

25. n-d2 wins the b pawn...you win that pawn the win should be much easier from there.

31. N-d2 wins an exchange(n-f3+ to follow)

On your 31...I don't know if I would like to swap g for d pawns...you have your pawns connected and the d pawn is a passer.

Just at a glance 42. r-b2, r-e4 wins pretty easily....you can queen first and stop his pawns

e4forme

I was struck with 41.... Rb2 as well, but I am sure 41.... e4 could have prevailed!

39...Rfd2 then Rd2-d4+ so that his king is cut and can't help his pawns to advance, and you keep your e pawn at the same time.

Then you bring your king to the queenside to control his pawns.

Oh. . .black was you LOLZ~

The white side is like my style :D

at themove # 51, you should have went for a check with the rook at the top. (Rd7+ or something) Then he would go Rc7 to block you then you move your king to one block below your rook which will be Kd6 and he will go for the only move which is Kb7 to secure the rook~

Now you go Rxb6+ and take that b pawn~ he is in check now so he must take your rook and there you go~ you take his rook leaving him will the A pawn and g Pawn~ you win~

Sorry I am not at home right now which means I can't make a board that show this, so try this with the position thingy~!
