A bullet game (not immortal)

Due to so many freak outs over the word immortal I have relegated this game into...just a very good bullet game.

As usual a running commentary and analysis are provided.

I possibly wouldn't consider this game amongst my best due to some clumsy defending by my opponent and a hanging queen for one move. It is however, I believe, an instructional on my style.

I hope this is a joke....

Making this wise comment a bit bigger cannot harm.

you should add this guy to your friends list...he sounds nice

Perhaps another !! for that first black move. Creates brilliant counterplay against the queen's pawn opening with d5

Dude, you actually played something approaching a reasonable game. I think your play must be improving. Onwards and upwards, a title can't be far off now.

p.s. Pity the haters, you'll soon be coaching them.

Correct. This was a minor blunder on my part. Thankfully white did not take full advantage.

Haters are gonna hate; have pitty for their failures. I enjoyed that game. Good stuff.

Gil-Gandel

Isn't it damp under that bridge? And surely the constant trip-trapping must get on your nerves, I know it would mine.

I love how calmly you handled the attack on your king. Very difficult to do in a bullet game ,taking his queen like that was just beautiful. Of course it is easy to find alternatives when you don't have serious time constraints.I would like to see some of the posters including their own bullet games of similar standard if they dare.Again ,I think you should consider coaching.

True, placing the bishop on that diagonal was just an instinctial. As I've said before I don't tend to analyse, in fact some of my deepest strategical moves I think very little about. I'm not qualified to teach but I just am starting to post these here in the hopes someone will find them instructional.

Anyways thanks for the kind words.

I am perhaps at time too subtle....

What do you mean ?

It indeed had potential, but it was not winning... For those players at least...

Well spotted though. I only noticed after posting commentary.

Hey, OP. I have something to remind you: every move you make are blunders.

Hi. Thanks for input but please keep it relevent, factual and referenced otherwise you will just get disregarded.

That's a bit unfair. He himself admits the game is full of blunders.

The real problem is posting games he won under "analysis" expecting some praise when they are, well, garbage.

BrisJohan

Thanks for the post.  Very much enjoyed the commentary style too :D

right on cue.

That's nothing personal really, I just want to see what you can find that doesn't get your post deleted by the mods.

Well, at least 20. ...Re1+ is a good move.

I always wonder how it comes that some instinctively understand the rules to follow to get some advice in the analysis forum, why some others do not understand them at first and then expect them to change.

Thank you for your existence, LongIslandMark (and all the others).
