i think u shouldnt have moved back your knight outpost
a game by me
I think 10... e4 is a move you must consider before playing, because it opens up his bishop on b2, making it strong.
15... Rad8 seems pointless to me. What was the purpose? The b file is the half open file (and later your rook gets there, too).
16... f5 also seems to just weaken your kingside, and these are the things that hurt on the long run.
I also agree that 17... dxc4 was inaccurate. b3 was weak, and now your doubled pawns on c file are as good as one. White still has control over the critical e5 square.
A couple of moves later, white gradually improves his position, and pressures yours. His pieces are active and attacking, while yours are uncoordinated.
Eventually you fall for that nice tactic, however, 33... Qxd5 might have been your way out.

thanks for the anlaysis. i never really considered that 10...e4 makes his bishop strong
yes i saw that 33...Qxd5 was good but i didnt play it because of time pressure because i thought that i had to leave my queen on the board to make something happen or else i would have lost on time and yes when i look at it 15... Rad8 is pointless thank you very much for the comment.
this is a game by where i gained the advantage and then lost. i was playing as black
