A loss - could you point out where I went wrong

In this game I felt very constricted from the start. I am not very good as black against queen pawn openings. I let the computer analyse it, but I would like to hear some from my fellow human players on where I made the biggest mistakes. I realise towards the end quite a few blunders on my part starting from 31... Rb4 which the computer gives a ??, so I would prefer if you could focus towards earlier parts where I still had the chance. Thanks again.

Kingfisher

If you have problems with being restricted, why even use a hypermodern defence like the KID?

4... Ne4?! is not the proper way to play the KID.

8... f5? invites trouble on g8-a2

11... b6?! unless you have a way of moving your e4 pawn, your bishop will become useless in the game.

21... Ba6?? the c pawn HAD to be blocked, fast. Instead you allow white to put power behind him and push forward.

you could have easily blocked the advancing pawn, but c7 was a strong and easily supported square. Kingfisher is right about the wrong moves imo.
Your disadvantage mainly flowed from an open diagonal to your king and his unchallenged pawns in the queenside.
White used is pawns to advance and open the diagonal, immobilizing your kingside and attacking your queenside.
Your opponent played a strong game, I think you should mainly look after your pawns and whether and where to move them. and see where the most important threats are.
