Accuracy is higher against higher rated players?

My best game accuracy by far according to chess.com was against a 2000+ ELO player (99.2%). However, I had some strong games against low ELO players and my accuracy falls down average 65%. Why does it happen? Accuracy shouldn’t be related to ours moves despite the opponent?

the accuracy isnt related to player strength. its only based off of the moves you played

apparently those criteria are not very reliable
