Alekhine Defence - Alburt's Variation

Hello People,

I don't post frequently but this time wanna see your inputs here.

Just lost a game on the Alekhine Defence (Alburt's Variation). I've mostly followed a Jeremy Sillman artcicle (http://www.jeremysilman.com/chess_opng_anlys/071403_alekhine_defense.html). My opponent followed a very sharp line said to me risky for black. Some how he managed to get a decisive advantage. Can you tell me where I did wrong?

Not many people can suggest improvments to players rated 2300+. Have you tried analysing it with an engine?

The queen hangs, you have to do something.

It just looks to me as if 8...N6d7 is a tactical mistake, but if it's book... What is the problem with 8...Nd5 ?
