I'm not entirely sure how to answer this question. There's very little concept of being bad or good "for your rating" online. You are probably just as good as every other player rated 545 rapid.

Now, if you're asking whether 545 is a good or bad rating ... I'd say it's bad. But that's okay! It looks like you started pretty recently and chess is a hard game. The hardest part is just being aware of immediate captures - take free pieces when you can, and avoid giving opponents free pieces. Also playing against humans will let you improve faster than playing against bots.

Good luck improving!

Your rating reflects how good or how bad you are.
545 is bad indeed and is a sign of frequent blunders.
Always check your intended move is no blunder before you play it.
Hang no pieces, hang no pawns and you are 1500.

It's difficult to be 'bad for 500,' because the rating indicates 'not good.' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2huVf1l4UE

This is useful, and free, as are the chess fundamentals videos he mentions. John Bartholomew. A pretty good natural teacher for a titled chess player.

You are exactly as good as your rating. That's what a rating is there for.

Auto-pairing with low rated players in a blitz is not fair!

The game you posted was a game you played quite well. Keep playing like that and you won't be 500 rating for long!

I can hold myself against 1750 rated players (rapid); how can a 1250 rated player that "hangs pieces" win against 1750?

"Keep in mind", I have played that game 3 months ago.
