I found this game between me and a man called Frank Tritchler in a club match very interesting. I am black!

on move 23 i should of not of moved nxe3+ but gone bf3+ because i then would of won a queen by the check being blocked and then doing the knight move which i did a move too early which is on the actual diagram above!!!!!

Wow, great game , but you both made a lot of mistakes, and black could have won only if used his black Bishop more. Anyway its a gg.

surely would'nt my suggestion on the first comment normally win for black because of the loss of white's queen???

can you please show me some of the mistakes we made - thanx...

Sure. You really messed up when you allowed 41. Bc4. then white missed 53. Ng1! stopping Black's pawns and easily winning.

Then you missed 55...h1Q! which doesn't allow then skewer after 57. Qg8+. Then you might have a chance to swindle.

i know but the real important part of the game was the attack with the queen and knight in corner - there was not much mistakes b4 that!

instead 16. h3   16. Bxf6!!! killing a black knight would kept a king in a castle

I can get sac happy, but wouldn't 16. Bxg6 provide useful pressure, and if black takes impulsively, there might be a mating combination.  My calculations are not that great and I really didn't study the position, though.
