Analysis: Black-whit curve?

When I let the computer analyse my games there is alway a field like a curve. It’s like a black-white curve moving up and down. What is that? It seems to change with time during the game....

It is a graph to show if white or black was doing better throughout the game.
And how do I understand the graph? What is better and why?

The flatline is equal, when white is above the line white is doing better, when black is below the line black is doing better. The higher or lower the peak, the better the engine deems that sides position. The left is the beginning of the game, progressing through to the right at the end of the game.

In the above game you were worse for a while then made a large mistake of some sort when the black side dips severely.
