3. Bd3. This move prevents you from moving your d-pawn. Now you are unable to develop your knight on b1 or your bishop on c1. Seems like a bad setup. You should try 3. e5 instead.
By move 11 you have a worse pawn structure due to the doubled and isolated pawns on the kingside. Against a strong opponent, your position is nearly losing.
12. b4. This move doesn't help you. It just makes the d-pawn isolated and therefore weak.
17. Ng3, this loses material because the pinned knight will be attacked. You would lose material anyway here after the king moves because black can take on f3, but a knight is worse to lose than a pawn. Your position was lost, but if you are still playing, you should try to see all the tactics you can.
Also any fundamental game analysis would help.
