How do you guys feel about this game? I thought that black played decently, especially because it was against Alice Lee.

You played this game resiliently and in a tactically creative manner (two qualities that are very useful when playing the King's Indian Defence), but I feel that you were to some degree intimidated by the fact that you were playing against Alice Lee. I was hoping for a fierce attack against White's kingside.

Is black unrated? Was this her first tournament?

I think black played decently but should have resigned long before the end.

This was my first FIDE tournament. And on chess.com it shows FIDE ratings.

While the game should have stopped at move 50, you did have fair chances to split the point before that against a very strong opponent. While it's a bit harsh to label 28.Nb5 as a blunder, it allowed you to fight back and get a good position, which needed a couple of accurate moves to pay off.
