Arena GUI with Stockfish and demo mode?

I've got Arena with the Stockfish engine loaded on my PC and wanted to generate some games with Stockfish playing against itself fully automatically. The way to do that seems to be with "demo" mode, but whenever I start that, the ELO rating of both white and black Stockfish engine sides reverts to 2000, even after I change it to something else beforehand. Is there a way to override this behavior?
