Best (and Worst!) Game I've played

In a tournament I'm playing in (The Unit Series III Sicilian Defense/Dragon) I faced a opponent rated fairly higher than me. I managed to get a passed pawn, but I couldn't convert and settled for a draw. Was there a way I could have won this thing? (Apart from the time I let his bishop live)

I don't like the thematic starting position better for black is 9...Bd7 10.O-O-O Rc8

How about 41....d3; 42. Kc3, Rf5; 43.gf5, Kf5 and play for the k-side passer?  White can counter-sac on d3 to get b4 in, but don't you win the race?
