And why is that a problem?

Black has an overwhelming material advantage. I initially thought that your point was that the computer must have found a spectacular mate for white so I entered the position about 4 times into the Analysis board.

But the truth revealed by all that analysis is that white can get mated in 13?

Why does that/ did that matter to you?

It's an example that shows how cloud analysis is inconsistently different and limited compared to local analysis. In this example it is very clear to see the difference between the two analysis'. The cloud analysis did not find the mates in 13 moves for black, but the local analysis did. In many other cases the differences could be much more subtle of course.

The point being to show how cloud analysis can be much more limited, so why would you use it? I'd say that you shouldn't use it, for that reason. But maybe you don't have a powerful enough cpu and so you can't do a local analysis anyway (not without waiting for an excruciatingly long time which is untenable), or maybe you can't afford to pay the increasing power usage that comes with it; in those cases cloud analysis may be the only real choice if you want to do computer analysis. (although if money is a limiting factor you may have problem getting access to the cloud analysis since it's part of the paid premium subscription; which also makes me think it should work better since we're paying for it)
