Biggest mistakes?

The following is a game I played as white, please provide your feedback...note, I know the opening is unconventional, that's intentional.

I'd say your biggest mistakes are 14. f4 to 17. Bd2 where you progressively tuck away your most active piece, the dark bishop. Black could have had a much stronger attack down the queen-side if not for diving in head-first with the queen. 14. Bd4 would help to secure your queen-side and allow you to develop your knight.

a3 and h3 aren't really mistakes, they are good precautions to take, much like h6 would have been a good precaution for black to avoid the back-rank mate. Eventually you should be able to prevent the bishop-knight combos without these defences.

You should have lost that in a number of ways.

Most decisively being:34. Rg3 Rxe2+!! 35. Bxe2 Qxg3+ 36.Kf1 Bh3# (35. Qxe2 Qxg3+ 36. Qf2 ( Kf1 loses the queen) Qxd3.

Also If 34. Rg3 Rxe2+!! 35. Bxe2 Qxg3+ 36. Kd2 Qxf4+ the white king is too open for white to win. Black is winning and should pick up another pawn and swap off pieces

are there any other mistakes made by black... I'm curious

Yes.

Move 8...a5

Since the Black king has castled to safety and the white king is still in the centre he/she should be concentrating on ripping open the centre with d5!?
