Black to draw???? (according to computer analysis)

I see! Rxg3 Kh6, followed by g5, Kh5, g4, and Kh4 (White cannot get a passed pawn on the queen-side. If the g-rook moves anywhere, Rxh3.)

sorry I should have made it more obvious.  After 30 kg1, the computer says black has a drawish position after 30... re8.

 

I don't see how that is a draw.  Can someone explain?
