Hey guys, I've been looking more and more into the Moedrn benoni and found an amazing game that I haven't really got to understand.

I would like to ask if one of the higher rated players might be able to point out what the finish was, and some other moves.

Thanks guys!

I think in the final position if gxf3 then Qa1+ Qe1 Rg1+ Rxg1 Rxg1+ Kxg1 Qxe1+ and black wins

It seems more like an unusual KID then a benoni but it could be some variation of the benoni(I'm don't know too much theorey or variations in the benoni)

Just another example of Fisher's brilliance.

Yeah the system does seem like the KID but Spassky decided to avoid it by playing Bg5 early on. Its known as the  Hromodka System I think.

Thanks for your analysis by the way

Old Benoni: Czech

Spassky should of played: 34. Kf2 Rxg2+ 35. Bxg2 Rxg2+ 36. Ke1
