Can a 450 Elo achieve 86% accuracy in a game?

A friend of mine (left) who is a begineer (400 Elo) played a game yesterday with another user rated 450 Elo. 
His opponent (right) won the game win 86.5% accuracy.
Is this possible? 
I'm no Kramnik but it looks suspicious to me

He can, if his opponent blunders early in the game, and he can take advantage of that blunder

im 450 and i get 89-90 (in rapid if im not stressed)
