About game Review's Report Card/ rating estimate feature, which I do like but take with a large grain of salt, as even its developers advised, this is from a recent 10-minute game. My actual rating was 742 at the time.

There are still some guys thinking that 725 bullet, or 1425 blitz can beat a player with 2000+ rating, that is impossible, even if you are the best day of your life, it’s impossible. If there is at least 400 points between you and your opponent, theoretically it’s not possible to beat.
And the beginner guys who are less than 1000, can still play with %100 accuracy but only if they just play the book moves, and opponent resigns before middle game, or lose on time. That doesn’t mean a beginner has potential to play with perfect accuracy. That’s also impossible
