I felt like I played this really badly and missed a bunch of moves but I don't know how to fix all of these mistakes. I played as black btw

you can flip the board after you paste your moves in themes. why it's HIDDEN there, and only available AFTER you paste moves eludes me
castling was a blunder from -0.5 to +5.6 and stalefish suggests 10...h6. your opponent then blunderd with 11.Bg5 giving you -1.2 had he sacked the bishop with 11.Bxh7+, then he can follow up with 12.Ng5 with or without check and 13.Qh5 trying to play 14.Qh7# I call that a can opener attack
