Chess.com's analysis uses stockfish. You can go to Analysis and enter/cut and paste the pgn or analyze any games in your archive. Running the Analysis report provides a wealth of information and opportunity. The share icon can then give you access to the pgn. There checking the Analyzed pgn checkbox will generate annotated pgn.
