I can understand what he was trying to do. If he pushed my queen away, that would remove the pin and then he could take my bishop. Too bad he missed the checkmate...

I'm white and my opponent is black. I was playing some guy about a week ago and started to get into a losing position, so I went all out for the checkmate. I got all my pieces to the king side of the board and attempted to get a checkmate. I wasn't expecting it to work, but surprisingly it did! I thought I'd lost the game at move 15, but everyone makes mistakes sometimes...
