This is indeed a strange game... i spot a lot of mistakes, for example Qd3?, followed by gxf4, Qh7? , losing to Qxe5..

Also 37.Ne4+?  loses to dxe4 Qxc4 e3 and i really dont see any counterplay for white. It could continue 38...e3 39.Qe4 e2 40. Rxf3 e1=Q+ 41.Qxe1 Qxf3 and black has a queen and a rook against a queen, much better than Kc6?'

If Ne4+ dxe4 Rd1+ is met by Ke7.

Edit: Oh! This game is not even Caro-Kann! Gratz m8 you just created your own opening.

Caro-Kann mainline is 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5
