Can Someone tell me how exactly Chessmaster Grandmaster Edition analyses games that I put in? How do I get it to go over each move and say if it is good or bad?

Well, you can open up the "mentor lines" option. It will give you (like all other chess engine) what it thinks is the best move and who is winning---

you will see something like this:

1. (+0.31) -1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6....

2. (+0.21) -1.e4 e5 2.Nc3 Nc6....

The move in the parenthesis represents who CM thinks is winning and by how much. The (+) is white is winning if it's (-) black is winning and if its (=) or (+=) or (-=) its basicaly equal. The number next to the sign means by how much is a side winning. It's based on pawns so 1.00 means one pawn advantage 2.00 means 2 pawn advantage and so forth. Usually as a parameter anything more than 1.70 for any side means that side has a big edge.

The move represented in the number 1. spot is what the chessmater thinks is the best series of moves for both white and black. depending on who's move it is and how many moves have been played this will always tell you what the best move is for the side to-play. If you want to see if your move is good then check to see the change in evaluation. Meaning if before you made the move the CM says the game is +0.5 and after you make your move the CM says -0.9 then you know you probably made a mistake because you went from "white is winning by .5" to "black is winning now by 0.9". Also if your move doens't match CM's move then you know that your move was probably not best-(note:this is not ALWAYS the case, if very few and far between instances your move will be just as good and rarely even better than CM's but CM will at least always give you the best move 95% of the time and the other 5% it will give you an exceptionally good move.)
