I am trying to analyze games by using the Auto-analysis feature. I thought that the Move Interval which ranges from 0 to to 10 minutes would enable analysis for a given period of time and then go to the next move. In my case, no matter what the interval setting nothing happens as far as the moves are concerned. Is it broken, or am I doing something wrong, or misinterpreting the purpose of the Move Interval. 

I am using Chessx 1.4.6.0 and Stockfish 8-64. 

Did you set up and select an engine in the Analysis Pane #1? This is required before starting analysis.

Yes, I am using Stockfish 8-64.  

For example, I have the move interval set to 01:00. I expect that this means that each move will be analyzed for 1 minute, and then automatically go to the next move. Is that assumption correct? However, even after 15 minutes of run-time, there is no progress at all -- it is still on White's first move.

I guess I am looking for a definition of Auto-Analysis.

The time limit is for how long the computer thinks per line, not per move..  Each line can be up to a depth of 12-20 moves
