Defending against opening "tricks"

Every now and then White throws a trick opening at me that I totally bungle because I don't know a solid canned response.  I know enough not to play into Fool's Mate, and can defend against Scholar's Mate.  I found this guide helpful in dealing with 2. Qh5: http://www.rockfordchess.org/instruction/minilessons/Opening%20Trap%20-%201.e4%20e5%202.Qh5.pdf

How about this one?

At this point if I don't make the right move (and I usually don't), it's Nb5 then Nxc7 and I'm in trouble.  What should I do?  Is 3... c5 really the best response?

I think c6 is better, it won't let Nb5... Then maybe black should play g6 Bg7 and castle.

Oh, that's what I meant : )  (as a programmer, I start counting from 0)
