Do people at 450 elo typically encounter multiple games in a row where they make no mistakes?

Is it typical for a person here, my opponent in particular, to play with no mistakes at the 453 elo level? I played a game with him first and he capitalized on a mistake and checkmated me pretty early, so I challenged him to a rematch. He accepted, and the result of the longer game is shown below. Is this typical for someone with that elo?

I can't post a screenshot, but the analysis said for him: 99.1% accuracy, 26 best moves and 2 great moves out of 37 moves, and 0 mistakes, 0 misses, and 0 blunders.
