It looks decentish. If you are going to be pushing the f-pawn before castling, you need to have something ready to transfer to f2/f7 fast or you'll be worse off.
White didn't attack in the strongest manner. Black looks completely busted after 14. d4 c6 15. dxe5 dxe5 16. b3 (you might need to include 16. dxc6 to avoid 16. ... c5 and ...b6). Also, as emu already noted, 22. Ba3+ wins immediately. 29. h3 also seems inconsistent, white needs to bring his queen back into play asap.
Ultimately, it was white's game to lose, and he lost it. You played fine throughout the middlegame and endgame.

Oh, and 16. ... cxd5 looks like a bad blunder because you want to keep lines closed. So, 16. ... c5 was safer.
