Draw by stalemate??

Please could someone explain why this is a draw by stalemate?  I had 6:06 left on my clock and opponent had 5:53.  I've basically captured all their pieces except the king and pawn on d6.  I don't really understand why it's stalemate - I would have thought that I'd won.  Explanations and comments welcome.

Basically this:

No legal move and in check = win
No legal move and not in check = draw

A common mistake for new players is capturing all the pieces and ending up in a stalemate (draw). Even strong players accidentally stalemate sometimes, but one tip to help avoid that is let your opponent have 1 or 2 pieces, that way they're more likely to have legal moves as you try to hunt down their king.

Another tip is to always check when you are this far ahead. When you give checks you can't run into stalemate after all, and you may end up accidentally checkmating!
