Black resigned with his rook on b5, but after Rd5+ is it a draw?

I'm curious as well, after: 1.Ke7 Re5, 2.Kd8 Rd5, 3.Kc8 Rxa5. is it a white win?

I put it into Stockfish; it believes white has an advantage. It too believes Ke7 is the best move. I'm interested to see how it goes.

i plugged it into rybka 2.2 and it holds steady at +2.31, but having rybka v. rybka results in no progress.
