Draw?

White kept offering draws on their move in this position.  I say it isn't a draw, but they insist that it was.  If it is, then I feel bad about saying "Either move, resign, or let your clock run out while you offer draws, because I'm not going to accept" after the 10th decline.  White resigned.  I think if white really thought it was a draw, they would have moved.

A sleeping monkey could beat Houdini from here.

Edit: You could turn the black queen into any other piece, remove one or maybe two of black's pawns and still win the game.

I'm not sure a lone knight or bishop could have done it, but I'm betting that they still could have forced another pawn to promote.  I can say I definitely agree if it was a rook, but I still question a knight.

Yes, a light squared bishop would have been good, but I promoted on a dark square.  I had no doubt in my mind that it was a win.  The guy offered a rematch, but I was pretty upset with having to constantly decline draws and having to argue, so I declined.  I play him sometimes, but I would have made tons of mistakes with my mood.  He'll get his rematch later.
