Engine game analysis question

So I've noticed that when I go to game analysis sometimes the engine will give annotations like "this move secures the center", "this move is a fork and wins a piece" or "this moves allows the opponent to win a piece". I find that very useful, specially when its a mistake from either side, but other times it just says "it's a great move" or "it's a mistake". what's the difference? why sometimes it gives detailed explanations and other times it's just the evaluation of the move?

@Omnius8472 that was very useful to watch. Unfortunately I'm not very experienced so even if the advice is very shallow it's still helpful imo bc I just don't know what to look for. I did notice sometimes it was just saying bs tho XD. And the "show follow-up moves" button is even more confusing bc most times it's just a 10 move string with no explanation whatsoever.
