So I was playing bullet chess, and at the end I realized that I could've blocked the check and the mate with the pawn, but the game wouldn't let me, am I not seeing something or is this a bug/glitch. Here are the moves, please use them in practice to see for yourself, I played as black

It's mate because you are in check and you can't get out of check.
Which pawn were you trying to block with? There is none even in the area.

Pawns don't move two squares foward whenever you want, only when it's in the starting position (2nd rank for White, 7th rank for black).
