Hey there...keep analyzing your games. You will improve quickly. If you want, I can take a look at your game and maybe put some positions on my chess improvement blog: http://betterchesstraining.com/
I am coming up with more articles for beginning players to improve. Let me know if I can use your game.
Best regards,
backrankbrawler
Edit: Sorry I'm not sure how to post games with the embedded board on my iPad... This is all I have to post.

I've been a casual member for a while now and just recently started getting the urge to take my chess more seriously... As suggested by some members I decided to both analyze my own game (to the best of my ability) and post it here. In this game I ended up losing on time :/ (as of late I only play online matches and 30min standard). Thanks in advance for your feedback.
At 14 instead of trading... I could've retreated to f4 or h4
15. ...Qg5 he's threatening mate, I thought for a while about f3 or g3 and ended up going with 16. f3
21. Rae1 … I don't know what I was thinking here but the following exchange put me down a pawn :/
25. a4 I wanted to try to bust his pawn structure because he had a solid defense at this point
Around 38. time started running low and eventually I lost too many pawns.
