First Serious Game

I've played the game before, obviously, but have never really studied the theory of chess until about a month ago when I stumbled upon this site.  Since then I've been trying the puzzles (most of which I fail at) and reading the annotated games amoungst heavy-weights.  I've decided I've done my homework and it's time to take the test.  My chess skills are still closer to a series of accidents than they are a forsought stroke of genious, but after this game (which I actually end up winning) I feel I can at least step into the ring and not embaress myself.  I realize I won, and thank you in advance for any congratulations, but the vast majority of my moves I feel are correct or at least good (as I am the person that played them) while I'm certain many mistakes were made.  If you could point them out, that would be wonderful.

Well you asked me to comment on your game, well here it goes.

And just a note...start learning some more openings. What I did when I first started was after every game I played, I went onto 365chess.com and compared my play with the recommended play. I learned where I deviated and why that move was inferior to recommended play. From this I learned the themes and got to know the openings pretty well.

Many thanks again, karibola.  I will take all comments very seriously and try to learn from my mistakes.  Someday I'll have an opponent that punishes all my poor play, and I'll learn better in those games.  Until then, I appriciate the comments and will work to see the board more like you see it.
