According to chess.com what’s the best chess book to consider based on my skill set? To whom it may concern, my name is Reggie and I am an avid chess player that enjoys the game of chess. I’m not happy with my numbers and I personally feel I can be more adept at chess when I’d connect all the dots. Because there's a lot more room for improvement. Having said all that; here are my numbers according to Chess.com: 889 Rating - 616 Games - L, 300gms - 49% - W, 306gms - 50% - Draw, 1% - Average Opponent Rating: 880. Winning Streak, 8 - Losing Streak, 8. Can anyone please help me with this matter?! Thanks a lot in advance everyone! -ReggieBlackwater

Hey hey! You just gave me an idea, I’ll try reviewing the numerous chess books I’ve read for my channel to help others find which would be good for them.

Props for the initiative. Not all people willingly volunteer to help others.

Hey there, based off your message I got the idea for a new series of videos. Check out the first video. I'll be doing chess book reviews to give others an idea of what the book is like and weather or not the book would be good for them. I started with Silman's Complete Endgame Course since I love endgames and I feel they should be studied first.

Hey man, thanks for all the analysis you're making. Can you please analyze this game (all of it) AND tell me why is the move 40. c6 not the best move?

Thank you for analysing one of my games Homsar. I have another game for you to have a look at and share your thoughts on, if that's OK with you. It's a game where I played an anti-Sicilian opening system that I had recently learned. I thought I played well, but I'd like to hear your opinion.

Hey everyone here is the most recent upload, I'm trying to have a new video up everyday.

I would like to get everyone's input, if you have any suggestions for my channel let me know. Are the videos a good length? I was thinking 10 minutes is a good average but I would like to hear what you think. Should there be more focus on a certain part of the game? Opening? Middlegame? Endgame? I mostly have been doing game analysis but if you have any other idea let me know.

The double question mark attached to Bxb3 is unfair, as Black is losing anyway.

You should have attached it to the irrational 47...Kc6.

If the bishop stayed on the diagonal, however, it would a) be a much longer win, and b) he can try to move c2/b1-f5 and draw the game, so I feel like 47... Kc6 was not the losing mistake, but 48... Bxb3?? IS.

In those setups, you should NEVER place your bishop at e3/e6 when the opponent can safely reply ...Nd4/Nd5, as then the only way to get rid of it is taking with the bishop.

Your opponent did not play 9...Nd4, but this does not mean your 9.Be3 was a good move.

The "opposite" is also valid: you should not go for ...Nd4/Nd5 if your opponent can safely chop there with a knight.

Thanks! If you’re interested, feel free to send me a game... Although I don’t know how much an NM could benefit from anything I have to say.
